I love these “before” and “after” shots. They really show what a new system looks like compared to a customer’s old system.
Just completed this equipment replacement in Billerica. We installed a Rheem 92% efficient gas furnace with Rheem 13 SEER air conditioning. The furnace that we replaced I had been improperly sized by the former installer and was twice the size that the house needed. We corrected that by installing the right size furnace. Customer will see plenty of fuel savings.

Check out these “before” and “after” pictures of a boiler change-out we just completed in Lowell.
Removed (2) boilers and a water heater. Installed new IBC 95%, “Combination Boiler”.
We combined two floors into one boiler and we eliminated old water heater. Everything done by one new boiler now.

We installed a new Rheem 92% gas furnace with a Rheem 13 SEER air conditioning condenser. We also replaced old zone dampers and zone controller.

We just completed this equipment replacement in Tewksbury.
We installed a new Rheem 80% Gas Furnace with Rheem 13 SEER Air Conditioning.
We also addressed the indoor air quality issues by installing an Aprilaire High Efficiency Air Filter package along with an Aprilaire Whole House Humidifier on the furnace.
This is the second house these customers have used us on.

BEFORE and AFTER

Just completed this job in Methuen.

We removed an old cast iron boiler and water heater and replaced it with a new IBC 95% “Combination” boiler that does the heat and domestic hot water all in one unit at 95% efficiency. Another Happy Customer!

We did the central air conditioning for this Church in Lawrence about 15 yrs ago. They recently had us come back and replace their boiler and hot water heater with a new IBC “combination” boiler eliminating the need for a separate water heater. Everything is done in one appliance at 95% efficiency. Another Happy Customer!
