It took place two weeks before Christmas after our old boiler died and during a power outage. They got us up and running again in just a few days with a modern heating and hot water system that is cheaper to operate and it’s very easy to use. Great communication skills and attention to detail during the installation process. We would highly recommend them to others.

Bryan has amazing team of electrician, plumbers. Especially, Jimmy! He was thorough with his work, explained everything clearly and did a very good job. Had some issues with the town, but Ryan made sure to take care of it without getting me involved. The equipment they use is of top quality and left the workplace clean at the end of the day. They came on time everyday and finished the whole job on time as promised. Clear communication from Ryan on the next steps was very helpful.

Affordable Heat & Air installed both a heating and AC system in my new home. (New to me, old construction). I have had an excellent experience with Brian and his team from Affordable heat and air. Brian worked tirelessly to get my new system installed under the guidelines and tight timelines of the MassSave program. AND, they worked until late into the night to get us heat when the outside temperatures suddenly and unexpectedly plunged. His team left the space in better condition than they found it and their workmanship was amazing. The copper plumbing literally looks like sculpture art. All members of the team, including subcontractors were amazing from start to finish… Efficient, respectful of my home and very skilled at what they do. You would never know they were ever even there. In addition, they worked WITH me to create the best possible installation for our home. The recommended equipment was not only affordable but better than I could have ever hoped for. I would recommend all involved many times over!

Our central air was on the fritz. I called at 8am and I was told someone could come out between 11-1. Affordable Heat & Air was here at 11. Very nice, very helpful. Cleaned the unit, replaced the capacitor and they were done by 12. What was great is that our unit is super old and they were able to get the right part. He got our AC working properly so we are good to go! Thank you!you again!
